by Hazel Dec 26,2025

Developer weltenbauer Software Entwicklung (creators of Construction Simulator) and publisher astragon have unveiled Firefighting Simulator: Ignite, a new UE5-powered simulation game that plunges players into the boots of firefighters. Players will rescue civilians, combat electrical fires, manage flammable liquid emergencies, and respond to specialized scenarios including grease fires, backdrafts, flashovers, and explosions. The game features four-player cooperative gameplay, with a scheduled Fall 2025 launch for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S.

Firefighting Simulator: Ignite delivers authentic fire behavior with realistic smoke and heat physics. The developers partnered with industry leaders to incorporate officially licensed equipment from HAIX, Fire-Dex, and STIHL - including specialized tools, protective gear, and firefighting apparatus. The game also features genuine Rosenbauer America fire apparatus like the TP3 Pumper, Viper, 68' Roadrunner, and the new RTX model.
