Gameplay:

Match cards on the tableau with the waste pile card (one rank higher or lower). Kings pair with Queens or Aces, Queens with Jacks or Kings, and so on. When no more matches are possible, draw from the stock pile. Scoring involves adding a point for each remaining tableau card if the draw pile is empty, and subtracting a point for each card left in the draw pile if the tableau is cleared.
