Marvel Rivals finally has cheaters
Many players resort to cheating to gain an unfair advantage in Marvel Rivals, employing cheats like auto-targeting for instant kills, wall-hacking, and one-hit knockouts. This cheating problem is escalating.
However, community feedback indicates NetEase Games' anti-cheat measures are effective, successfully identifying and flagging cheater activity within the game.
Dubbed the "Overwatch killer," Marvel Rivals has enjoyed a hugely successful Steam launch, boasting over 444,000 concurrent players on its first day – a number comparable to the population of Miami.
Optimization remains a key concern, with some users (particularly those with cards like the Nvidia GeForce 3050) experiencing noticeable frame rate drops. Despite this, many players find the game enjoyable, praising its relatively fair monetization and lack of time commitment.
A significant advantage is the non-expiring nature of battle passes. This removes the pressure to constantly grind, a factor that could greatly influence player perception of the game.
