You might find him near The Elder's spawn point, which can be located by exploring the glowing ruins in Burial Chambers. How To Find Hildir In Valheim (Meadows Merchant)

Hildir, found in the Meadows, is more elusive than her brother Haldor. Despite being in a safer biome, she tends to spawn further from the world center, between 3000 and 5100m. Her spawn points are spaced about 1000m apart, necessitating a broader search. The Valheim World Generator can expedite your search, but if you prefer a challenge, look for her in distant Meadows. A T-Shirt icon will appear on your map when you're 300-400m away, marking her location. Once found, building a portal is advisable for repeated visits.

Hildir specializes in clothing with various buffs, allowing you to customize your look without sacrificing performance. She also offers quests that lead you to new dungeons across different biomes, such as Smouldering Tombs in The Black Forest, Howling Caverns in Mountains, and Sealed Towers in The Plains. The Bog Witch, the newest addition to Valheim's traders, is located in the challenging Swamp biome.
