PhiApp is designed for both Phi Artists and clients, giving you the option to choose whether you want to use it as an Artist or a Customer (client).

If you are a Phi Artist:

• PhiApp comes with advanced symmetry tools used in professional treatments such as PhiBrows, Philings, Contour, PhiAreola, and PhiScalp.
• You’ll have continuous access to PhiAcademy’s official medical consultant/physician, ready to answer any questions or concerns as quickly as possible. Additionally, our comprehensive FAQ database—featuring over 7,000 answers and constantly growing—is available to you 24/7.
• The app ensures you stay informed about new products and PhiAcademy courses as soon as they become available.
• PhiApp includes one of the most advanced organizational calendars, helping you manage your schedule—whether for your personal treatments or for your entire salon. You can also create separate calendars for each team member and monitor them anytime.
• One of the app’s key features is quick access to your clients’ medical and treatment histories. However, please note that your clients must grant you permission before you can view their information.

If you are a customer (client):

• PhiApp keeps you well-informed about all your treatments and essential post-treatment aftercare instructions.
• You can consult directly with PhiAcademy’s official medical consultant/physician regarding any medical concerns, medication use, or illnesses before, during, or after your treatments.
• The app allows you to complete and store your medical and treatment history, saving time during your salon visits. This data will only be shared with your chosen Artist(s) if you provide access.
• Thanks to the built-in map feature, finding nearby Phi Artists, Royal Artists, Masters, and Grand Masters has never been easier.
