Key Program Terms:

• Participant: Any individual (14 years or older, with legal capacity for minor transactions in Kazakhstan) with a Kazakhstani individual identification number.
• Participant Questionnaire: Provides personal data (processed per Kazakhstan Law No. 94-V of May 21, 2013) for program registration. Consent to data processing (including email, SMS, phone, postal mail, and automated means) is granted upon submission and can be revoked in writing.
• Virtual Card: An electronic card accessible within the mobile application.
