The Therap Android app empowers healthcare professionals supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. This comprehensive tool provides secure mobile access to key Therap modules, streamlining documentation, reporting, and communication.

Key Features of the Therap Mobile App:

Modular Access: Access T-Log, ISP Data, MAR, and Password Reset modules (requires active Therap account and appropriate permissions).

Mobile T-Log: View, mark as read, and create new T-Logs, including photo attachments.

Mobile ISP Data Collection: Collect service data from any location, verify visits with GPS tracking, and capture supporting photos and signatures.

Mobile Medication Administration Record (MAR): Access scheduled medications, record administration, and view allergy, diagnosis, and medication image information.

Mobile Scheduling/EVV: View and manage schedules, record service start and end times, and add post-service comments.

Password Reset Functionality: Administrators can reset passwords directly through the app.
