Customizable Dashboard

The dashboard is designed for instant access to vital features, with flexible layout and content customization.

Important: Every page in the app has its own options menu. To view a page's options, just press the menu icon (the hamburger icon) while on that page.

Maps, Search, Points of Interest, & Turn-by-Turn Navigation

View Google Maps with your current location, address, and traffic data. Customize the map with various themes and layouts. Search for places, save them to lists for easy future navigation, and get directions and turn-by-turn guidance using Google APIs. Additional features include trip statistics and a complete travel log.

Play Music & Watch Videos

Car Penguin includes a built-in media player for local audio and video files, with playback controls, album lists, and a dedicated page for app shortcuts. You can also add popular media providers as external widgets on the dashboard or in the toggle bar.

Smartphone Integration

Access your contacts and favorites to dial directly using your system's default dialer or route calls via Bluetooth to your mobile phone. For Bluetooth call transfer, call log sync, and SMS features, install the free Car Penguin Server app (available at http://carpenguin.com) on your phone.
