Application Description

A car diagnostic tool for your vehicle's ECU using a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth ELM327 OBD2 adapter.

This car diagnostics app lets you read data from various vehicle ECUs via an ELM327 OBDII adapter, display real-time graphs, save and review logs, and view and clear engine fault codes (DTCs).

You can set custom minimum and maximum values for each sensor/PID, triggering an alarm notification when thresholds are exceeded.

Compatible with both Bluetooth ELM327 and Wi-Fi ELM327 OBD adapters.

For best results, use adapters versions 1.5 to 2.1. Many users report issues with versions beyond 2.1.

Important Notice:

ELM327 chips only work with OBD2-compliant vehicles:

US-market cars manufactured from 1996 onward,

European gasoline cars from 2001 and diesel cars from 2003 onward,

Japanese vehicles from approximately the year 2000.

In addition to standard OBDII parameters, specialized parameters are supported for various

car brands. The currently available options include:

The list of supported models and parameters is continuously updated...

Note that not all PIDs listed for a specific car brand may be supported by your particular vehicle. To simplify selection, you can choose the required PID types in the "Settings / PID types" menu.

For specific car brands (currently select Mitsubishi models), the app offers actuator control capabilities, such as activating a cooling fan or fuel pump.

To read MUT parameters and control actuators on Mitsubishi models with a CAN bus (e.g., Montero/Pajero IV, Outlander 2), create a profile using the ISO 9141-2 protocol. For other profiles reading CAN parameters, keep the protocol as ISO 15765-4 CAN (11bit 500K) or set to automatic.

Please note that not all Mitsubishi CAN-bus models support the ISO 9141-2 connection protocol.

The app provides extensive options for creating custom parameters.
