The Linear app allows you to quickly request assistance directly from your smartphone, ensuring that help is always within reach and fully covered by your policy.

Basic Roadside Assistance

Linear provides essential roadside assistance for both vehicles and drivers, available 24 hours a day, both in Italy and internationally.

In case of a breakdown or accident—even if it happens near your home—our tow truck service will transport your vehicle to the nearest repair shop. Alternatively, one of our qualified technicians will attempt an on-site repair whenever possible.

Additionally, if your vehicle breaks down or is involved in an incident more than 50 km from your residence, Linear will cover the cost of a train or plane ticket so you can return to retrieve your car. Should you be stranded overnight due to a forced stop, we also reimburse hotel expenses.

Tire Puncture Assistance

Linear enhances basic roadside coverage in Italy to include tire punctures, available around the clock.

If one or more tires are damaged, even close to home, our technician will either repair the puncture on site or arrange for your vehicle to be towed to the nearest workshop for further assistance.

Running Out of Fuel

One of our professionals will arrive at your location with enough fuel to get you back on the road and safely to the nearest gas station or your intended destination.

Winter weather can be unpredictable. In the event of sudden snowfall, Linear offers professional snow chain installation—even in challenging conditions such as along roadside areas or in low visibility.

This service is available throughout the winter season to keep you safe and moving during harsh weather.
