emmy operates in five German cities: Berlin, Dresden, Kiel, Munich, and Hamburg, offering flexible rentals—from minutes to days. Say goodbye to traffic jams and hello to a fun, sustainable way to get around.

Getting Started with emmy:

1. Download the app and register: The emmy app is your key to unlocking a world of convenient scooter rentals. Download the app, register for €4.95 (including 15 free minutes), and verify your EU driver's license.

2. Find and unlock your e-moped: Locate a nearby emmy moped using the app's map, reserve it, and unlock it effortlessly.

3. Enjoy the ride: emmy handles the charging, providing helmets and a phone holder for a smooth, comfortable ride.

4. End your rental: Park your e-moped in a designated public parking spot within the emmy service area to conclude your rental.

How to Start Your emmy E-Moped:

1. Retrieve a helmet: Open the helmet compartment using the red button.

2. Remove from kickstand: Position yourself between the handlebars, and push the handlebars forward to lift the moped.

3. Turn the power on: Ensure the red switch on the right handlebar is in the "ON" position and the side stand is fully retracted. (For Yadea models, press the "P-button".)

4. Start the engine: Simultaneously pull the brake lever and press the "Down" switch on the left handlebar.

Our E-Moped Fleet:

We use NIU scooters in Berlin, Hamburg, and Dresden, and Yadea mopeds in Hamburg, Kiel, and Munich. Remember to park responsibly in designated areas for mopeds and bicycles.

Pricing:

A one-time registration fee of €4.95 includes 15 free minutes (valid for 3 months). Mopeds are free to reserve (for 15 minutes), with a €1 unlock fee and a per-minute rate of €0.33. Pause your ride mid-journey for a reduced cost.
